Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can sign up, define your hierarchy, and explore the platform before any payment is required. Payment is only triggered after our team verifies your setup.

How long does provisioning take?

Once your hierarchy is verified and payment is complete, most customers are fully provisioned and receiving live data within 48–72 hours.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription page in your tenant area. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

What source systems do you support?

We currently support Toast, Square, Clover, Aloha (POS), OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms (reservations), DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub (delivery), plus workforce, inventory, accounting, and loyalty platforms.
